REGULATIONS OF SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS ORGANIZED BY THE MUNICIPAL PUBLIC LIBRARY IN GLIWICE RELATED TO COVID-19 COVID-19 PREVENTION

1. The Regulations define the special rules for participation in cultural events organized by the Municipal Public Library in Gliwice, hereinafter referred to as the „Library”, while maintaining safety during the SARS-COV-2 virus epidemic.
2. The Regulations are introduced to implement the Guidelines for organizers of cultural and entertainment events during the SARS-COV-2 virus epidemic in Poland, issued by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the Ministry of Development and the Chief Sanitary Inspector, available at:https://www.gov.pl/web/kultura/wytyczne-dla-organizatorow-imprez-kulturalnych-i-rozrywkowych-w-trakcie-epidemii-wirusa-sars-cov-2-w-polsce.
3. Participation in the events is tantamount to accepting the following Regulations.
4. The regulations are available in all branches and on the Library’s website.

1. Only a person who, to the best of their knowledge, the knowledge of a parent or legal guardian, is not infected with the SARS-COV-2 virus, is not in quarantine, is not under epidemiological supervision and does not show symptoms of the disease ( cough, difficulty breathing, feeling unwell, increased temperature).
2. Before the start of the event, the Library will make a declaration available for each participant to complete. In the case of children and adolescents up to 18 years of age, they are filled in by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Providing the data is a confirmation of the health condition and is used to obtain the possibility of contacting the person in the event of a risk of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
4. The statement will be kept by the Library for 14 days from the date of the event.
5. If a given person does not meet the requirements specified in sec. 1 or refuses to complete the declaration, will not be allowed to participate in the event.

1. The Library can enter a body temperature measurement routine for anyone entering the Library.
2. Refusing to undergo a body temperature test or finding an elevated body temperature will result in refusal to allow the person to participate in the event.

1. On the premises of the library during events it is necessary:

• comply with the obligation to cover the mouth and nose (the obligation to cover the mouth and nose does not apply to children under 4 years of age;
• keep a distance of not less than 2 m from other people in the queue to enter or exit, and in other cases – not less than 1.5 m;
• disinfect your hands with a disinfectant in designated areas;
• observe order regulations and staff guidelines.

2. The library does not provide event participants with masks or protective helmets.

3. Obowiązek zachowania odległości między uczestnikami/widzami nie dotyczy osoby, która:

• uczestniczy w pokazie z dzieckiem do ukończenia 13 lat;
• jest osobą z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności, osobą z orzeczeniem o potrzebie kształcenia specjalnego lub osobą, która ze względu na stan zdrowia nie może poruszać się samodzielnie.

4. W przypadku wystąpienia u uczestnika wydarzenia niepokojących objawów chorobowych zostanie on odizolowany do czasu przyjazdu odpowiednich służb

5. Brak stosowania się do tych zasad spowoduje, że uczestnik zostanie poproszony o dostosowanie się, a w przypadku dalszego nierespektowania ich zostanie   poproszony o opuszczenie Biblioteki.

1. Liczba uczestników wydarzenia jest ograniczona w danej filii bibliotecznej do warunków zapewniających zachowanie dystansu społecznego (co najmniej 1 osoba na 4m²).
2. Wydarzenia odbywają się w odpowiednio przygotowanych pomieszczeniach z przygotowaniem miejsc w 2 m odległości pomiędzy uczestnikami.
3. Organizator może odmówić wstępu na teren imprezy w przypadku braku wolnych miejsc.
4. Po zakończeniu wydarzenia pomieszczenie jest wietrzone i dezynfekowane.

1. Szczegółowe zasady uczestnictwa dzieci i młodzieży do 18. roku życia w wydarzeniach organizowanych w Bibliotece:

• uczestnicy oraz ich opiekunowie prawni są świadomi aktualnej sytuacji sanitarno-epidemiologicznej wynikającej ze stanu epidemii COVID–19;
• opiekunowie prawni przed rozpoczęciem wydarzenia wypełniają oświadczenie i przekazują je koordynatorowi danego wydarzenia;
• rodzice i prawni opiekunowie uczestnika zobowiązują się powiadomić koordynatora wydarzenia o wszelkich zmianach w sytuacji zdrowotnej uczestnika oraz osób w jego najbliższym otoczeniu i rodzinie – w szczególności odnośnie podejrzenia zakażeniem wirusa COVID 19;
• uczestnicy wydarzenia są zobligowani do wykonywania wszelkich zaleceń koordynatora i osób prowadzących wydarzenie w zakresie prawidłowego zachowania i przeciwdziałania epidemii COVID-19.

1. Zasady uczestnictwa w wydarzeniach lub przebywania na terenie Biblioteki mogą być uzupełniane lub zmieniane w każdym czasie.
2. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 września 2020 r. i pozostaje w mocy do odwołania.
